"Just the right amount of smoke"
I really enjoyed the BBQ . It had a great balance , not too salty and not too sweet . The ribs had that nice smoky flavor without being overdone , and the sauce matched them really well . The brisket was tender and had that rich BBQ taste I was hoping for . Just simple , solid food that I’d definitely order again .

"Pretty handy for all kinds of meals"
Used it for ribs, chicken, and even some veggies. Works well overall, just took a little time to figure out the right timing.

"Shipping was fine, but what happened to the box??"
The shipping time was okay, nothing too bad there, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box showed up a bit crushed, so I was like... really?? Thankfully it wasn’t a huge issue, but still, I expected it to arrive in better shape.

"Good BBQ stuff, I think I tried it last weekend?"
I picked this up for a BBQ recently, or maybe it was the weekend before, the days are all running together. Either way, the sauce tasted really good and the rub seemed fresh with a nice kick to it. My only small complaint is the bottle cap felt a little flimsy, like it might not hold up after a few uses. Still, overall I was happy with it.

"Just too salty, too salty"
I ordered the ribs and brisket, and the seasoning was just way too salty for me. Like, salty enough that it kind of took over everything. The smoke flavor was okay, but I couldn’t really taste the meat much because the salt was so strong.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Bear Smoke BBQ, not really expecting much back. Quick they replied, which was a nice surprise, and the person sounded friendly and like they actually read what I wrote.
They got it sorted without making a big thing of it, which I appreciated a lot. No endless back and forth or hassle all day. Would order from them again, just because of how they handled it.
